Business Support Administrator – Projects (PSD)

Hybrid: Aberdeen office & remote working

Part-time: (25-30hrs per week, over 5 days)

In your role as a Business Support Administrator – Projects, you will support the Product & Service Delivery team (PSD) with a variety of project-related administration and coordination tasks. There will also be an element of document control to support not only the PSD team, but the wider business, to ensure accurate and traceable documentation is produced and retained.

What We Are Looking For:

  • Exceptional organisational and communications skills
  • Confident and enjoy building relationships, with a ‘can do’ attitude.
  • Experience using all Microsoft 365 packages
  • Experience in a project administration role and as a document controller would be beneficial
  • A basic understanding of business and sales practices.
