As Senior Technical Support Engineer, you will receive 26 days holiday plus bank holidays (with the option to buy or sell 5 days), private medical healthcare scheme, life assurance, contributory pension scheme and profit related bonus.

In the role of Senior Technical Support Engineer, you will be based in our Portishead office, and primarily involved with the delivery and support of our electrical power distribution integrity monitoring product, which has been designed for the rail industry, and known as “CableGuardian”. You will be leading the technical support for Viper products, ensuring timely provision of diagnostics, installations, commissioning, testing, fault finding, evaluation and repair to Viper customers.

We are seeking someone who is enthusiastic and innovative in finding solutions. You will have experience of design, test, and verification of electronic and electrical systems.  It will be advantageous if you are able to interpret electrical schematics and wiring diagrams and able to diagnose electrical failures. Supervisory experience is desirable but not essential for the role.
