Subsea Expo 2018

January 10, 2018

We are delighted to announce our attendance at Subsea Expo 2018. Please join us on stand 94 to hear and see more about our innovative solutions to the challenges faced by subsea operators with their control systems.

You will have the opportunity to meet Dr. Daniel Denning, the expert for V-SUPPLY, our electrical power module which combines stable and reliable power supply with advanced condition monitoring. A key feature, unique to V-SUPPLY, is the ability to carry out remote umbilical testing with no requirement to mobilise specialist technicians offshore. Allow Dr.Daniel Denning to demonstrate V-SUPPLY and explore the many benefits that this advanced remote testing and condition monitoring technology can provide you with.

In addition, Peter Alexander will be on hand to discuss V-IR, the Network Insulation Resistance Monitoring system developed with the support of five supermajors including BP, Total, Shell and Chevron. Due to complete final qualification tests in February 2018, V-IR combines the advanced monitoring capabilities of V-LIM, with a network of V-SLIM monitoring nodes installed subsea, to provide a detailed view of the condition of your subsea electrical distribution system and highlight the specific network sections that are suffering from low insulation resistance. V-IR facilitates a move towards a planned maintenance regime based on actual condition and risk, minimising unplanned production outages and vessel time required to support fault finding.

V-LIFE, our flagship insulation resistance improvement service, will also take centre stage, with experts on hand to guide you through how this proven technology, installed by 18 operators globally, can support your assets and save you time and money by deferring or avoiding the replacement of umbilicals and distribution equipment.

If you would like to book in pre-arranged time with the experts please, e-mail paloma.robinson@viperinnovations.com. We hope to see you on stand 94 at the Subsea Expo on 7-9 February 2018.
