As Technical Support Team Lead, you will receive 26 days holiday plus bank holidays (with the option to buy or sell 5 days), private medical healthcare scheme, life assurance, contributory pension scheme and profit related bonus.
In the role of Technical Support Team Lead, you will be based in our Portishead office, and lead a team primarily involved with the delivery and support of our electrical power distribution integrity monitoring product designed for the rail industry, known as “CableGuardian”. You will have lead technical support responsibility for Viper products, to ensure timely provision of installation, commissioning, diagnostics, testing, fault finding, evaluation and repair services to Viper customers for Rail and Industrial applications.
We are seeking someone who is enthusiastic and innovative in finding solutions. You will have an electrical background and experience of team development in an electronic and electrical systems support setting. It will be advantageous if you are able to interpret electrical schematics and wiring diagrams and able to diagnose electrical failures. Supervisory experience is essential for the role.
