STEM Opportunities at Viper
We offer a range of opportunities designed to help students and graduates gain experience, develop new skills and explore future career paths.
Work Experience
Our work experience programme is aimed at Year 10 students who are interested in engineering, technology and innovation. Placements typically last one to two weeks and provide hands-on experience, team activities and the opportunity to present what you’ve learned. You’ll gain first-hand insight into how STEM skills are applied to solve real engineering and technology challenges.
Summer Placements
Our summer placements give university students the opportunity to work on real projects and gain valuable industry experience during the summer break. Working alongside experienced professionals, you’ll develop practical skills while contributing to meaningful projects.
Industrial Placements (Year in Industry)
Our paid industrial placements provide students with the opportunity to spend up to 12 months gaining practical experience while studying for their degree. As part of the team, you’ll work on genuine business and engineering challenges, helping transform ideas into practical solutions.
Internships
Internship opportunities may be available across a variety of disciplines, including:

Internships provide valuable workplace experience and an opportunity to develop professional skills in a supportive environment.
Graduate Opportunities
