More about V-LIM features & technology

We developed the V-LIM range to deliver high-precision electrical monitoring for modern, mission-critical systems. Designed for total lifecycle visibility, V-LIM continuously tracks insulation resistance up to 10 GΩ with V-LIM2, allowing degradation trends to be identified long before faults occur. This enables preventative action that reduces operational risk and avoids costly, unplanned repairs.

Each device incorporates advanced digital signal processing for measurement accuracy, V-NET Sync to minimise electrical noise and crosstalk, and a touchscreen LCD interface for immediate access to live and logged data. Configurable alarms and relays provide early warning of changing system conditions, while USB and optional network connectivity simplify data export and remote support.

When integrated with PlatformVi, monitoring data can be analysed across fleets or facilities to deliver predictive insight and automated alerts. Fully V-LIFE Ready, V-LIM enables remote insulation recovery and enhanced protection when degradation is detected. Compact, robust, and adaptable, the V-LIM product range represents the next generation of intelligent electrical condition monitoring.
