The Role: This role would be suitable for anyone looking to start a career in HR. The successful candidate will undertake a variety of different HR tasks and projects which will enable the individual to gain a wide experience of the HR function. There will be opportunities for the individual to grow during their apprenticeship and achieve Level 3 CIPD qualification.
Day to Day responsibilities:
Over time you will be responsible for:
Maintaining and ensuring employee files are up to date and secure.
Managing the administrative process of ‘PeopleHR’ cloud-based HR portal ensuring all records are up to date.
Assist in organising candidate management, interviews and selection activities and liaise with recruitment agencies where necessary.
Assist in the onboarding process by ensuring that all paperwork is organised and sent out in a timely manner.
Assist with organising company inductions.
Administer the TOIL and holiday sell/buy-back arrangements for each employee.
Assist in the administration of the company benefits schemes
Any on-going HR projects
The Person: We are looking for a motivated individual who has a passion to build their career in HR. The successful individual must have a pro-active and positive attitude, clear communications skills both written and verbal and have experience using MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
