We are currently seeking a Service Delivery Manager to join our Operations Team.
This role will be responsible for service delivery management for the customer journey post order award. This requires taking ownership of all activities from the initial business development handover, planning preparation and co-ordination with other internal departments to provide thorough and effective execution of product and service deliveries, up to and including post-sales support. Ensuring we are the ‘supplier of choice’ for repeat business opportunities.
The role also requires supporting business leadership and establishing and executing the strategic goals and development are necessary in relation to Viper’s customer service offering in support of the directors’ and other members of the management team to achieve business growth.

We are looking for someone who is enthusiastic and innovative in finding solutions. That can work on their own initiative, or as part of a team, and can operate with a high level of attention to detail. Experience of managing a team is essential and understanding of Subsea Production Control System electrical configurations would be advantageous.
The successful candidate needs to be experienced and qualified with either an hons degree, BTEC or HND/HNC in electrical engineering (including detailed knowledge and interpretation of electrical schematics and layout drawings).
